Executive, Team & Individual Coaching
About Me
After 25+ years in marketing and finance leadership roles, I decided to shift my focus from building brands and growing bottom lines to something that inspires me even more... partnering with people to clarify what they want and then helping them transform possibility into reality.

My passion has always been growth - of individuals, teams, and organizations. What I've learned is that having a thought partner can make all the difference. What I bring to a partnership is curiosity about who you are and who you want to be, compassion for how difficult it can be to bridge the two, and a fundamental belief that every person is absolutely capable of achieving their goals.

My Beliefs
Our stories shape us.
We start creating stories early in our lives about who we are, what matters to us, and how the world works. These stories shape how we feel, think and act. The question is whether our old stories are still serving us well or if it's time for a revisit.

Answers are within.
Everyone can give advice (and they often will), but most of what worked for them won't work for us, because we are all wonderfully unique. The answers to 'what needs to be done' and 'how to do it' are often already inside us.
Comfort zones are limiting.
One of my favorite sayings is 'A comfort zone is a beautiful place, but nothing ever grows there.' It takes getting out of our comfort zone and some courage to look within, understand why we do what we do, decide we want something different, and then to try something new.
My Background
I'm a Certified Hudson Institute coach with over 25 years of working in corporations across the U.S. and Europe. I have led cross-functional and cross-national teams that spanned Finance, Marketing, Sales, Product Supply, Research and Development, and Innovation. My time in these roles has involved membership on C-suite leadership teams, responsibility for growth of a billion dollar business, managing over 100 people, and building programs to improve global leadership and organizational engagement. What I am most proud of however, are the many amazing people I have had the privilege to mentor and help develop over my career.

And Finally...
When I'm not coaching, you'll find me hiking on trails all over the Bay Area, reading books stacked up around my house, or stepping onto a plane. The international terminal is my happy place and I'm always on the lookout for a new place to explore.
